A Historic Milestone: We Are Now MSA Accredited!

This month, we proudly celebrate a major achievement for our school community as all Vision Montessori campuses including Vision Montessori of Herndon has been officially granted accreditation by the Middle States Association (MSA).
This is a major milestone for our school reflecting the dedication of our teachers, the curiosity of our students, and the trust of our families. This recognition affirms our commitment to high quality Montessori education, strong academic standards, and a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Across Toddler, Primary, and Pre K/Kindergarten classrooms, children will engage in hands on learning connected to May’s seasonal and cultural themes. We begin the month with Cinco de Mayo and Mother’s Day, giving children opportunities to learn about traditions, express gratitude, and create thoughtful crafts. Students will explore how seeds grow, what plants need to thrive, and how spring brings changes around the world. Many classrooms will plant seeds, observe nature, and participate in science activities. Toddlers will learn about firefighters, doctors, teachers, and other helpers who support our daily lives. All classrooms will learn about remembrance and gratitude in age-appropriate ways as we honor those who serve.
