A Season of Wonder and Discovery

During the month of October, our classrooms at Vision Montessori are embracing the magic of autumn through nature-inspired play, festive celebrations, and hands-on learning. Children will explore seasonal textures, colors, and shapes as golden leaves and pumpkins fill our outdoor and indoor environments.
Highlights include:

  • Autumn Colors: Observing changing leaves and creating art inspired by nature.

  • Pumpkin Discoveries: Engaging in sensory exploration and simple science experiments.

  • Hibernation Theme: Learning how animals prepare for winter through stories and imaginative play.

  • Halloween Fun: Celebrating with cheerful costumes, themed sensory bins, and safe, joyful activities.

Through seasonal songs, crafts, and storytelling, we’re nurturing curiosity, creativity, and community. October is a time for cozy moments, joyful learning, and meaningful experiences that support each child’s growth.
Happy Fall from all of us at Vision Montessori!
